Wellness Integrator Security Clearance Required: Active Secret Clearance with Top Secret/SCI eligibility (Preferred: TS/SCI) U.S. Citizenship Required. As a Wellness Integrator, you will serve as a strategic advisor and program coordinator for wellness initiatives across the Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). This role supports the planning, integration, and evaluation of comprehensive organizational health and resilience programs that enhance force readiness and well-being for Soldiers, civilians, and families. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in policy development, inter-agency collaboration, and health promotion in a military or government environment. Benefits are subject to change. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary integrator of wellness strategies and initiatives supporting INSCOM's force health protection and organizational readiness objectives.
- Coordinate collaborative wellness programs with Army HQDA, HQ G1, Command Chaplains, Command Psychologists, and other stakeholders.
- Implement and manage health promotion and risk reduction programs aligned with DoD and Army directives.
- Provide expert-level guidance on resilience, quality of life, suicide prevention, and organizational wellness issues to command leadership.
- Analyze program data, conduct performance assessments, and deliver recurring wellness effectiveness reports.
- Translate complex policy into actionable wellness strategies at the organizational level.
- Facilitate communication across military leadership levels, ensuring that wellness priorities align with command objectives.
- Support leadership in strategic planning, doctrine interpretation, and program development around primary prevention and population health.
- Provide staff education and briefings on wellness topics to military and civilian personnel.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across subordinate units, health services, and human performance teams to unify wellness efforts.
Education & Experience Requirements: Education:
- Preferred: Master's degree in Public Health, Health Education, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Accepted: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
Experience:
- With a Master's Degree: Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational or occupational health program development and integration.
- With a Bachelor's Degree: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in program implementation, coordination, administration, and policy application in federal or military settings.
- Experience working with inter-agency stakeholders, military units, and senior leadership.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Deep understanding of DoD and Army wellness policies, health promotion frameworks, and resilience programming.
- Skilled in advising senior military and civilian leadership on wellness program development and performance.
- Strong statistical analysis and reporting capabilities related to wellness programs.
- Strategic planning skills with the ability to assess organizational health needs and translate findings into practical solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident in public speaking, briefings, and collaboration across ranks.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted, collaborative relationships across diverse and hierarchical organizations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
