Job Summary:



The Commissions Analyst will ensure that Growth Team commissions are paid in an accurate and timely manner. The individual will work with all levels of the Growth Team to data integrity and accuracy. An ideal candidate will have an understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, have strong attention to detail, and be driven by a passion for providing quality care to seniors. An ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and bring strategic insights.



Duties/Responsibilities:



  • Implement sales commission plans that align with company goals, drive performance, and ensure competitiveness in the market.
  • Support the end-to-end sales compensation process, including plan documentation, communication, calculations, and payout accuracy
  • Analyze sales performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of commission plans and recommend adjustments to optimize results.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards in all sales compensation programs
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales team performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement



Required Skills/Abilities:



  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office, with an expert level experience with Excel.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI
  • Experience developing and implementing sales and commission plans for a large sales organization
  • Ability to build complex, but clear analytical models and forecasts in Excel
  • Passion to improve the lives of seniors
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset



Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5 years relevant work experience; healthcare experience preferred
  • Prior healthcare experience with a Medicare health plan preferred
