Description Group heads up the Innovation and AI Delivery Team. Their mandate is to identify key areas, end to end, where they can inject AI to accelerate transformation Caliber of candidates they are looking for are strong Business Analysis with prior experience across CIB, good product knowledge, experience in AI, capture requirements, work with end users (Traders, Risk Managers, bankers) and translate into tech requirements as they build out end state platforms. Product knowledge: markets side, knowledge of credit, FX, equities, derivatives would be helpful AI is a must have, some sort of AI experience, converse about trends they are seeing with AI Open to traditional BA but also okay with BA/DA mix and some technical aptitude Will have north of 20-25 work streams in 2026, wants someone who can run with a workstream, work off their own motivation, pull things together, drive execution Skills* artificial intelligence, business requirements, Requirements gathering, business Analyst, investment banking, capital markets, Sql, User stories, Requirement gathering Top Skills Details artificial intelligence,business requirements,Requirements gathering,business Analyst,investment banking,capital markets Additional Skills & Qualifications Capture requirements, work with end users (traders, bankers, end users) and then Translate those into tech requirements as they build out end state platforms Have to have exposure in AI-must be talk about trends they are seeing Experience Level Expert Level w2 only, hybrid onsite Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $61.00/hr.
