Videographer

JRAD is seeking candidates to support the Director of Air Force Civil Engineers, AF/A4C. This is a hybrid position based out of Arlington, VA (Pentagon).

Description:

JRAD is seeking a creative and mission-driven Videographer to support the Air Force Civil Engineers (HAF/A4C) at the Pentagon as part of the Warfighter Communication (WARCOMM) team. In this hybrid role, you'll create impactful short- and long-form video content aligned with DoD communication strategies and tailored for digital platforms. This is a fast-paced, high- visibility opportunity for a skilled visual storyteller who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about shaping the narrative of U.S. Air Force Civil Engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality A-roll and B-roll footage in various environments, including foreign or remote locations
• Edit engaging video content for WARCOMM's digital and social media platforms using Adobe Premiere and After Effects
• Work independently or in a team to meet planned production schedules and support rapid response content needs
• Collaborate closely with Air Force and DoD stakeholders to ensure messaging aligns with strategic objectives
• Adapt filming approaches to suit environmental challenges (low light, extreme temperatures, mobile capture needs)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (required)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in:
  • Storytelling and content creation
  • Camera operation and postproduction (Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere and After Effects)
  • Video editing for social media and digital platforms
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting DoD or Air Force communications efforts
