Seeking a strong contributing Accounting/Finance member of the OneStream business team that will actively work to obtain a broad knowledge of Enterprise Finance processes to provide OneStream support for the businesses. This role will function under the Enterprise Finance Reporting and Controllership (R&C) team to enhance the delivery of planning, budgeting, and forecasting for all global business units. The incumbent will support the annual budgeting process for Admin/RD and Store/Rep groups. This role will also support the monthly budget process, including support and maintenance of the OneStream PLP module (PeoplePlanning). Support will include break-fix issue resolution as well as working with the FP&A teams to seek system and process enhancement opportunities and lead implementation initiatives from end to end (requirements gathering, testing, go-live, etc).

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

Support budgeting processes within OneStream (including PLP module)

  • Work with FP&A teams to meet timeline deliverables for annual budgeting process

  • Work with end-users to troubleshoot system issues related to the PLP module and budget webforms

  • Coordinate when enhancements move into production ensuring system stability throughout the year

Facilitate requirements-gathering and testing of system enhancements

  • Partner with FP&A teams to understand processes and document requested changes

  • Create and execute test scripts

  • Verify data using data sheets

  • Utilize Jira to manage testing and defects

  • Coordinate System Performance Testing

Support OneStream/EPM Projects & Production

  • Liaison between Business Segments and IT Developers

  • Create/adjust webforms and reports

  • Inbound/Outbound data interfaces

  • System testing

  • Data integrity

Develop and conduct end user training and change management material

  • Maintain up-to-date reference materials and process guides in a shared location

  • Conduct regular and ad hoc training sessions


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

FORMAL EDUCATION:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or business-related field.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or business-related field.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Required:

  • 3+ years of Finance/ Accounting Experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
  • Comfortable with financial systems and working with IT

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strong multi-tasking skills to handle multiple priorities and projects
  • Experience working on a project, or involved in a project/ team environment

  • Must be a team player who can identify opportunities and work across functional areas to provide solutions and recommendations for improvement

  • Proven ability to build relationships

Preferred:

  • ERP or EPM system experience

  • Project leadership experience

  • FP&A / R&C experience

TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Required:

  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Data understanding, modeling, and analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Preferred:

  • Experience working with OneStream, EPM, Oracle GL, or other financial systems
    • Exposure to technical programming languages (SQL, Python, Java, R, C++, etc)
