Job Summary:

The Client Experience Intern supports the Client Experience team in delivering exceptional service and IT solutions to internal and external clients. This role offers hands-on experience in understanding client needs, gathering feedback, and assisting with the improvement of IT processes within the Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, Change Management, and Project Coordinator roles. The intern collaborates with IT professionals and business stakeholders, helps document client interactions, participates in user training and support activities, and contributes to overall practice improvements. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented student with strong communication skills, an interest in technology, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.

Job Duties:



  • Collaboration: Gains an understanding of client needs and plays a part in working on practical solutions to meet client expectations in various roles: Business Analysis, Quality Assurance Testing, Change Management, Project Coordination
  • Business Requirements Consumption: Gains an understanding of written and verbal business requirements provided by other business analysts, internal developers, or client subject matter experts
  • Apply Development Methodologies: Works with various user stories, within agile/waterfall methodologies ensuring project best practices for successful delivery
  • Implementation and Support: Assists with writing functional requirements, testing developed solution, authoring communications, developing training materials and project management activities for simple software development projects and ongoing software support
  • Practice Contribution: Works with and assists Client Experience team leads in creating standards, best practices, or community activities to better support the practice
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education:



  • Currently attending an accredited college or university attaining a degree with technology or business, required
  • Student must be in good standing with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0, preferred
  • This candidate must be an active Junior/Senior student, preferred


Experience:



  • Experience in IT solutions OR business analysis, change management, project management, or quality assurance (QA) testing either from the classroom or a previous internship, required


License/Certifications:



  • N/A


Software:



  • Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, and Excel, required


Language:



  • N/A


Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:



  • Shows initiative in developing a career within business analysis, change management, project management, or quality assurance testing post-graduation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail with good organization skills

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
