What you'll do: The Renewals Specialist is responsible to protect the re-occurring revenue stream within the HMH organization by increasing renewal rates and boosting customer retention.Through effective collaboration with multiple Account Executives, Sales Managers & Directors, the Renewals Specialist is responsible for managing all renewal opportunities (SIS, Core & Services) in their assigned territory. The Renewals Specialist will successfully communicate to the customer on renewing and expanding the necessary licenses for student and teacher access to achieve sales and profit objectives.
