AMD together we advance_ THE ROLE: In this high-impact leadership role, you will serve as the program owner for critical engineering initiatives, guiding them from concept through execution with a focus on server quality. You will collaborate across engineering and business teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and successful delivery of initiative and product objectives. THE PERSON: This role demands a strategic thinker and influential leader who excels at navigating complex, cross-functional environments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution. They possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build trust, foster collaboration, and influence stakeholders across engineering, operations, and business units. With a structured problem-solving mindset and a passion for quality, they are adept at identifying gaps, resolving challenges, and ensuring alignment across diverse teams to deliver reliable, high-performance products.
