THE ROLE:

In this high-impact leadership role, you will serve as the program owner for critical engineering initiatives, guiding them from concept through execution with a focus on server quality. You will collaborate across engineering and business teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and successful delivery of initiative and product objectives.

They possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build trust, foster collaboration, and influence stakeholders across engineering, operations, and business units. With a structured problem-solving mindset and a passion for quality, they are adept at identifying gaps, resolving challenges, and ensuring alignment across diverse teams to deliver reliable, high-performance products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead cross-functional NPI activities across design, platform, operations, customer system bring-up, and manufacturing to meet product quality and reliability goals.
• Influence Fab and OSAT suppliers to achieve quality standards, including NUDD (New, Unique, Different, Difficult) for emerging technologies.
• Define and manage product reliability qualification plans and execution.
• Monitor and improve outgoing product quality through end-of-life.
• Maintain strong Quality Processes and Quality Management Systems.
• Collaborate closely with product/test engineering to resolve test gaps and implement coverage solutions.
• Act as the liaison between Customer Quality Engineering and the internal NPI team.
• Partner across business units, engineering leadership, global operations, and business operations.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Skilled in working with cross-functional teams using structured problem-solving and clear communication.
• Proven ability to ask the right questions and drive solutions in core team settings.
• Extensive background in product quality, reliability, or product engineering, ideally in the semiconductor industry.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing and test flows including fab, bump, assembly, and test.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strong relationship-building and decision-making skills across diverse teams and organizational levels.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science.
