Job Summary This position is seasonal (winter) and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning, high-quality service, and profitability. They are responsible for managing staff, controlling inventory, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities This is not an exhaustive list. The items below are primary duties. Any and all other duties assigned by upper management are expected to be completed as requested.
