We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer to join our team!This team builds a suite of microservices to get near real-time insights over your data in Microsoft Power Platform.Our team designs, implements, and supports licensing and monetization models, with a long-term vision of becoming the unified licensing, usage, and ROI platform for all of BIC, including the Copilot AI ecosystem. This role operates at the nexus of Power Platform, Core Services, Modern Commerce, and Data Engineering, requiring both deep technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities. ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain high-scale, low-latency services that meet the needs of our diverse user base. Engineer who delivers high quality code that is maintainable, performant, testable and used in cross products Conduct efficient design and architectural discussions, ensuring that solutions are secure, reliable and maintainable. Lead and facilitate technical discussions, encouraging contributions from all team members and fostering an inclusive environment where ideas can be shared without judgment. Drive effective project management and delivery within a results-oriented environment. |
