Position Overview:

Join our BDR Operations Team as a Global BDR Capacity Analyst. In this role, you will be the architect of our global BDR capacity strategy, ensuring the right resources are in the right place at the right time to meet pipeline and revenue goals. You will partner closely with BDR Leaders, Sales, and Operations to deliver data-driven capacity models, optimize coverage, and enable strategic outbound execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support annual and quarterly planning cycles by providing accurate headcount and capacity projections.
  • Model different growth and hiring scenarios to evaluate potential risks and trade-offs in prioritization.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for BDR capacity planning processes, tools, and standard methodologies globally.
  • Advise on organizational design changes that will improve efficiency, scalability, and market coverage.
  • Forecast BDR hiring needs in partnership with BDR leaders and Sales to align with global growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain capacity models to ensure efficient coverage for current and future demand.
  • Track ramp assumptions, attrition, and hiring timelines to proactively address resource gaps.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and Lead Operations to align downstream coverage plans and ensure systems readiness.
  • Partner with BDR leadership to identify whitespace opportunities and enable outbound motion execution.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on staffing strategies and market coverage.
  • Develop reporting and dashboards that visualize capacity, coverage, and performance trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 3+ years of experience in capacity planning, sales operations, workforce management, or a related role.
  • Proven analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, data modeling, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with collaborators across different teams.
  • Solid business insight and understanding of sales procedures, ideally in a global B2B setting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and constantly evolving environment.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $85,300 -- $183,800 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
