Our Modern, Flexible Workplace: Summary of the Job: About This Role: Key Responsibilities: 1. Model Development and Monitoring o Assist in building and maintaining predictive and statistical models for Consumer Banking. o Perform ongoing model monitoring, back-testing, and performance tracking to ensure accuracy and reliability. o Support documentation and reporting related to model performance and compliance. 2. Collaboration and Communication o Work with senior team members to translate business needs into analytical solutions. o Prepare and share results with business stakeholders in a clear and understandable way. o Partner with Corporate Risk and Model Risk Management teams to ensure models meet governance standards. 3. Learning and Growth o Stay current with industry trends and modeling best practices. o Gain hands-on experience with advanced modeling techniques, tools, and data sources. 4. Professionalism and Compliance o Demonstrate professional behavior and foster positive working relationships. o Follow all bank policies, laws, regulations, and the Bank's BSA/AML Program. o Contribute independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals. The Ideal Candidate for This Role: Required Qualifications: 1. Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or another data-related related field. 2. Coursework or project experience with Python and SQL. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Exposure to model development, data analysis, or forecasting through internships, research, or academic projects. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to explain analytical results to non-technical audiences. 3. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team environment. Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.Compensation: Compensation range (base pay): $68,251.00-$112,615.00This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
