Join the team that powers dealer success across North America. As a Retail Inventory Manager, you will lead innovation and efficiency in MOPAR's aftermarket operations, supporting over 2,800 dealers with highly regarded inventory management tools.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Dealer Advisors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) supporting 2,800+ dealers.
  • Oversee operations of RIM applications including Automatic Replenishment Orders (ARO), Dealer to Dealer Sales (D2D), Material Return Authorization (MRA), and Parts Locator.
  • Collaborate with ICT to enhance RIM applications and resolve dealer issues.
  • Analyze data to track and improve Off-Shelf-Fill (OSF) and ARO compliance metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Finance, Sales, ICT, and external partners.
  • Prepare and lead business reviews and team report-out meetings.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive supply chain management
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, COGNOS, and mainframe systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Effective organizational and multitasking abilities


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with dealer networks and business centers
  • Ability to lead business reviews and drive independent workstreams
  • Strong problem-solving and quantitative analysis skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced and fluid environments
