Working Team Lead

• Assist with training and onboarding new temporary employees, including PPE and safety compliance
• Support shift start-ups, check-in processes, and provide guidance on production work
• Ensure production requirements, quotas, and quality standards are met
• Escalate issues to management as needed and maintain clear communication with Staffmark Group and customer teams
• Provide follow-up, on-the-job training support, and contribute to accurate work completion

• Must have working lead experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; effective team player
• Knowledge and expertise in various department jobs or production lines
• Ability to meet/exceed production and quality goals under pressure and deadlines
• Proficient computer skills with experience in multiple programs
