Job Description

General Summary:

The Access Strategy Manager will play a key role in supporting day-to-day business activities as well as executing key payer deliverables to support new product launches and label expansions across currently marketed products and the pipeline. This will involve developing key messages and resources used by the Market Access field team in interactions with payers and formulary decision-makers and in non-personal promotion.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes best-in-class payer-facing resources that support strong market access positioning, ensuring delivered on time and within budget
  • Identifies, evaluates and implements digital initiatives to support non-personal promotion with payers
  • Supports the planning and execution of consumer strategy (e.g., training, account management tools/resources, ad hoc market research and analytics, and business planning needs)
  • Supports development and refinement of strategy and tactics for line extensions for marketed products
  • Collaborates with agencies and the LMR (Legal Medical Regulatory) review team to develop and gain approval on access marketing assets
  • Creates clear communications and directions to roll out resources to field teams
  • Knowledge and Skills:

  • Successfully manage multiple simultaneous, complex projects to completion in a fast-paced, cross-functional team atmosphere

  • Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Typically requires 4 years of experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Pay Range:

    $136,800 - $205,200

    Disclosure Statement:

    The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
