LOCATION: Milwaukee, WI BASE RATE PER HOUR: $32.00 SHIFT: 2nd HOURS: 2:30pm-11:00am Position Responsibilities: Control operation of the #1 and #2 Evaporators and related equipment as directed. Clean and sanitize all equipment used in operation, as directed and according to work instructions. Maintain data as specified on Log Sheets or Computer files as described in work instructions. Maintain statistical charts as specified in work instructions. Perform statistical analysis as directed in work instructions. Communicate all problems and unusual conditions with Supervisor. Communicate orally or in writing with the relieving operator as to the position of the operation and any unusual circumstances. Follow safety precautions as directed in the Work Instructions, Job Safety Analysis, Material Safety Data Sheets, or as directed by the Supervisor. Report any safety problems in any area of the plant to Supervision and/or a Safety Circle. Complete job duties as required in order to ensure that product is of the highest quality and integrity. Follow all HACCP/GMP program guidelines. Maintain cost-effective production output, minimizing errors. Additional duties as assigned. Position Authority: Issue Corrective and Preventive Actions. Minimum Qualifications: Position requires demonstrated knowledge and applicable experience in a production, manufacturing or distribution fields, preferably in the food-processing environment. Compensation and Benefits: The starting rate for this full-time, hourly position is $32.00. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
