DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will work under the guidance of the Roadway Programs Coordinator, providing essential technical support to the management team in Warren, specifically focusing on maintenance operations. Your responsibilities will include investigating various issues and addressing inquiries from employees, ensuring that their concerns are met with prompt and effective solutions. Additionally, you will liaise with the District Office to troubleshoot and resolve any SAP-related problems that may arise. You will be tasked with managing routine matters independently or directing them through the appropriate channels when necessary, thereby contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the maintenance operations team. Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of experience as a Technical Assistant (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- One year of experience in analysis of data utilized in planning and scheduling of work, materials and equipment and graduation from high school or GED equivalent; or
- An Associate's Degree in a field of Business Administration, Computer Science, Highway Engineering Technology or other closely related program; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.
Other Requirements:
- This particular position requires possession of a valid non-commercial Class C driver's license.

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
