Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, the Senior Manager, Product Marketing (AI Content Specialist) is a strategic individual contributor responsible for writing and developing impactful AI content. This role complements a broader product and technical marketing team. The ideal candidate excels at developing a messaging framework, understanding customer use cases and personas, and articulating product value proposition and industry positioning. This role is ideal for an experienced content writer with expertise in AI/ML/DL and data center technologies, who excels at translating complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling customer value.



Responsibilities



  • Content Development: Create content assets that articulate our product positioning in partnership with internal experts and 3rd party agencies

  • Asset Creation: Create relevant content across various formats (solution briefs, event messaging, customer presentations, whitepapers,, etc. that align with key messaging and marketing goals

  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze content performance across internal platforms and provide ongoing reporting

  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, design, marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive company messaging and branding

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest AI technologies and content marketing trends to continuously innovate and improve content strategies. Stay in tune with competition and peer positioning

  • Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, product launches, and industry and internal event participation

  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all content adheres to legal and ethical standards, including copyright laws and data privacy regulations

  • Sales Enablement: Adept at translating technical detail into business value assets that resonate with field teams and enterprise buyer personas

  • Research & Insight: Capable of distilling market and buyer insights into actionable strategies




Qualifications



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • 8-12 years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or content marketing in data center, infrastructure, or cloud technology sectors

  • Demonstrated success in leading high-impact marketing content initiatives




Domain Expertise



  • AI/GAI/Agentic AI/ML/DL: Understanding of basic AI fundamentals and how these architectures are evolving and being used by Enterprise customers today

  • AI-Ready Infrastructure: Awareness of how data center infrastructure supports AI workloads through power density, interconnection, and networking

  • Partner ecosystem importance: How partners, alliances and solutions fit into an overall messaging framework

  • Managed Solutions: Familiarity with turnkey infrastructure offers, managed services bundles, and go-to-market models

  • Data center infrastructure familiarity: compute, storage and networking


The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

United States - Redwood City Office GHQ : 179,000 - 269,000 USD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
