Description
Scope of Work: Providing help desk support and advanced troubleshooting of IT related services. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide first level support for basic IT related issues and set priorities for incoming issues and requests to assure task completion
- Administer and maintain company wireless plans and devices
- Provide first level support for ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) application
- Provide supports for Windows OS (Windows 7 and others) and MS Office suite
- Monitor mobile phone usages for savings and over usage
- Proactively gauge ticket delegation by reviewing technician dashboards and availability charts
- Provisioning user accounts and access rights via Active Directory
- Setup installs test new or reconfigured PC's
- Respond to the needs and questions of users concerning their access of resources on the network either by telephone or onsite visits
- Install, troubleshoot, research and correct desktop, applications and hardware issues
- Troubleshoot basic functionality of cellular mobile devices as pertains to business needs
- Promote positive and professional relationships with all company personnel and between its' divisions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 2 year(s) previous I.T related, or Customer Service Support experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent, 2 years of college prefer, a Bachelors Degree, or experience of equal value in applied discipline preferred
- Must be proficient with Microsoft OS, computers
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suites and applications
- Good understanding of wireless devices and wireless plans

- Must have a working knowledge of a Helpdesk Technician and how it relates to the overall business and its objective
- Must meet goals and objectives set forth by the company
- Must be dependable and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must conform to company policies and procedures
- Must protect the company assets and interest
- Able to build and foster effective business relationships with customers and other departments within the organization
- Able to work irregular and/or long hours that may include weekends and/or holidays when needed
- Able to travel to multiple company locations
