Summary:

Support Staff provide administrative and analytical assistance to ensure efficient execution of project tasks and deliverables.

*This role is based in Falls Church, VA with possible telework.

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist with data cataloging and documentation
• Support reporting and stakeholder coordination
• Provide logistical support for pilots and training
• Handle administrative tasks for transitions

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in any field
• Secret clearance.
• Entry to Junior (1-3 years, 1+ in DoD/healthcare)
• 1+ years in administrative or analytical roles
• Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with DHA systems or data projects
• Proficiency in MS Office and project tools

Pay and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $28.85 to $45.68 hourly.
