Overview
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. This role will be located in Raleigh or Charlotte, NC, preferred location is Raleigh, NC. The Senior Business Planning & Support Consultant is responsible for the support and ongoing improvement of the General Bank's business strategy and business plans. Conducts analysis, evaluates current practices, and offers guidance to business units to maximize results. Provides recommendations regarding best practices and methodologies. Works directly with leadership, team leaders, internal business partners and stakeholders to implement business processes and initiatives that will enable the business unit to increase and enhance production, while satisfying financial, regulatory, and compliance reporting requirements. Leads special projects, mentors associate team, oversees resource and financial management, and handles the most complex issues in support of daily workflow. Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Business Strategy, Business Planning, and Financial Services industry OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Business Strategy, Business Planning, and Financial Services industry Preferred Qualifications:
