Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the Enterprise Operations team as we run and scale our business. This is a strategic and operationally focused role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to work closely with leadership on high-impact initiatives. This is a hybrid role with the option of the role being situated in Phoenix-AZ, Raleigh-NC, or Salt Lake City-UT. This position provides support for the strategic analysis, planning, and implementation of business process enhancements and improvements required to drive scale and meet Enterprise Operations objectives. Works directly with leadership, internal business partners and stakeholders to identify and implement business processes and initiatives that will enable the business unit to increase efficiencies and enhance results while satisfying requirements. Assesses current practices, collects information and industry trends, and creates specifications to support business operations. Determines improvements or solutions to address identified issues. Tracks and reports progress against milestones and coordinates activities of parties across multiple functions to achieve project goals. Liaises between business units and business partners to facilitate productive relationships. May occasionally guide less experienced associates in the work group. Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or Banking Operations Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or Banking Operations Management Skill(s): Possess technical and business acumen, active listening, assimilation of information, negotiation, and judgment skills, Ability to quickly understand complex business issues and processes, Qualitative, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills, Ability to work across functional teams and interact with external third parties.
