Job Description:
The Business Process Improvement Manager is responsible for supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of Program Management (PM) practices across Saab, Inc. This role is focused on driving efficiency, consistency, and alignment through the development and enhancement of processes, templates, tools, and resources that support program execution and audit readiness. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure full cycle Program Management processes are standardized, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices and Saab Inc's strategic objectives. This is a part-time position with an estimated 24-28 hours per week Key Responsibilities
Compensation Range: $61.92 - $80.48 per hour The compensation range provided is a general guideline.
