Summary

Supports the overall administrative and reporting functions of the Corporate Teammate Resources Department. Assists the Director of Teammate Resources, Executives and Corporate level managers with the completion of special corporate reporting, special projects and actions. Acts as First Face of the Teammate Resources Department for Corporate level and Georgia State level visitors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Administrative Duties to support Teammate Resources:

Greets and welcomes all visitors to the Teammate Resources suite area and guides them to correct TR Teammate for assistance.

Generates network-wide analytical reports for TR leadership. Establishes report formatting to ensure consistency as it relates to corporate goals.

Conducts regular teammate HRIS audits ensuring consistency and compliance.

Perform ad-hoc analysis and generate custom reports based on specific requests from management or other stakeholders.

Tracks completion reports for management training through the Learning Management System for the network.

Processes monthly/annual expirations reports for all company required certifications sends reports to state Teammate Resources team.

Provide training to end-users on how to access and interpret reports, including the development of user guides and conducting training sessions.

Create and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate findings effectively to stakeholders across different departments.

Consolidates Mile Tracking reports, summaries and coordinates changes to payroll.

Work closely with various teams to understand their reporting needs and customize reports accordingly.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in reports by implementing quality control measures and data validation processes.

Administrative Duties to support Executives (CEO, CFO) to include the following tasks:

Managing messages, light filing, distributing documents, managing office supplies, making travel reservations, running reports (Diver), and developing PowerPoint presentations

Education and/or Experience

Associate's degree from a two-year College or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Software/Technology Skills

Must be proficient in using Spreadsheet software (intermediate level or higher using Excel); Email software (Outlook); Presentation software (PowerPoint); HRIS software.
