THIS IS A REMOTE OPPORTUNITY IN THE US.

Spiro is hiring a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Marketing team. The Campaign Manager works in partnership with the marketing team, delivering best-in-class service. They will be responsible for managing and executing various marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive growth both globally and in regional support.

Responsibilities

* Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives across global and regional programs, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
* Develop and adapt marketing collateral-including video content, case studies, blog posts, articles, email campaigns, and client communications-to support active campaigns and broader initiatives.
* Manage cross-functional stakeholders, collaborating with sales, creative, operations, and regional teams to align activities with business goals.
* Oversee management of paid campaigns, including ad setup, creative swaps, and tracking of live campaigns.
* Manage budgets for campaigns and initiatives, monitoring spend pacing, efficiency, and alignment with objectives.
* Repurpose high-performing organic content into paid formats to extend reach and improve ROI.
* Coordinate with external agencies for creative delivery, publishing, and optimization, ensuring deadlines and performance goals are met.
* Maintain accessible reporting for campaigns, programs, and initiatives, providing visibility into progress, performance, and next steps.
* Analyze performance data (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Google Analytics) to identify optimizations and inform future campaign and program strategies.
* Ensure creative and messaging consistency across all channels, regions, and initiative types, in line with brand standards.

Requirements

* Strong project management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, programs, and initiatives simultaneously.
* Hands-on campaign management experience, ideally in both global and regional contexts.
* Proficiency with key digital marketing platforms, including:



  • Posting/editing content on WordPress or similar CMS.
  • Managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Using Google Analytics for performance monitoring and reporting.


* Flexibility to work unique hours to collaborate with Middle East and European teams.
* Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional and regional teams.
* Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering measurable outcomes.
* Curiosity and eagerness to learn new skills, adapt to evolving priorities, and contribute across a variety of marketing projects.

How to measure success

* By 30 days incumbent should understand team dynamics and perform basic job functions independently
* By 60 days incumbent should be self-reliant on basic job functions and begin executing more complex tasks
* By 90 days, incumbent should have ownership over all regional marketing initiatives.
