Description Acara Solutions is seeking Redshirt Consultants in Tonawanda, NY! Type: Temporary from October 1st to December 7 ^th Training: Training the week of September 15th & September 22nd Pay: $18.50/HR Location: 100% ONSITE, Monday-Friday 830AM to 430PM As a Red Shirt Consultant, you'll review high-level plan details with members. Responsibilities: Assist members with patience and empathy, accommodating vision, hearing, and comprehension needs. Handle member concerns professionally Discuss health and prescription needs confidentially, following HIPAA guidelines. Follow scripts and checklists to meet CMS and federal requirements. Explain insurance terms and plan options clearly.
