YOUR IMPACT
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager on OpenText's Observability and Service Management team, you'll be at the center of bringing the Universal Discovery and CMDB portfolio to market. Your work will:
- Define go-to-market strategies that drive pipeline and successful launches.
- Shape value-based messaging that resonates with multiple audiences, turning complex technical capabilities into clear business benefits.
- Highlight differentiation through competitive analysis and compelling positioning.
- Empower sales, partners, and customers with the tools and insights to understand the value of accurate discovery and CMDB solutions.
- Act as a thought leader-presenting at events, engaging analysts, and amplifying OpenText's voice across digital channels.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- 8+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years in Product Marketing (B2B software required; IT Operations Management preferred).
- Proven ability to enable global sales teams with clear articulation of value and differentiation.
- Strong verbal, written, and content marketing skills-skilled at storytelling and simplifying technical concepts.
- Comfort presenting to business, technical, and sales stakeholders, both virtually and in person.
- A collaborative, relationship-builder mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly autonomous, with a track record of prioritizing effectively and driving projects from concept to completion.

Salary Range: $99,540 - $163,530 OTE; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
