We have an exciting opportunity to join our team with Regions Hospital as a Manager, Pediatric Trauma and Performance Improvement (PI) Programs. The Manager of Pediatric Trauma and PI Programs has primary responsibility for the daily management, clinical accountability, and operational integration of the Pediatric Trauma Program. As a clinical resource, The Manager of Pediatric Trauma and PI Programs works to optimize care for patients and families. This position functions in management, clinical, educational, research, and quality improvement areas to ensure comprehensive quality of care to meet the needs of the Pediatric Trauma Program. The Manager of Pediatric Trauma and PI Programs:
The Manager of the Pediatric Trauma Program and Burn and Trauma PI program reports to the Director of Burn and Trauma Programs. Work schedule: FTE: 1.0 (40 hrs. Weekly) Day Shift Monday - Friday but as a leadership position, may need to work outside of these hours and on weekends when the need arises. Required Qualifications: Education, experience or Equivalent Combination: Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse Program. Bachelor's degree required. Five years nursing experience including at least three years in critical care or emergency setting and least two years of pediatric nursing experience. Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: Minnesota State Registered Nurse license. Preferred Qualifications: Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: TCRN preferred.
