Following our IPO in July 2025, McGraw Hill is operating in a new chapter as a public company with enhanced visibility and accountability. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director of SEC Reporting to lead our external reporting function and ensure compliance with all SEC and public company reporting obligations. The Senior Director of SEC Reporting will be responsible for leading the preparation and filing of all SEC reports, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, proxy statements, and earnings releases. This highly visible role will interface with senior leadership, external auditors, legal counsel, and investor relations to ensure timely, accurate, and SOX-compliant reporting. Why work for us? The pay range for this position is between $190,000 - $210,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
