How you will make history here...

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent & Culture Program Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of key Talent, Engagement, and Organizational Effectiveness initiatives. This role plays a critical part in helping our team manage timelines, streamline processes and turn employee insights into action.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 3+ years of HR, project coordination or program experience who thrives on keeping teams organized, enjoys working with data and wants to learn more about talent development, organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. This role will offer high visibility across our functions.

What you will do...

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation across Talent and Organizational Effectiveness initiatives
  • Support coordination of enterprise HR programs (e.g., performance management, talent reviews, engagement surveys, program nominations/tracking) in partnership with HRBPs, COEs, and HR teams
  • Support the development of OE tools
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, dashboards, and data summaries for initiatives like talent health, succession planning, and performance
  • Help translate data into clear summaries and presentation materials for senior audiences
  • Support employee listening efforts, including survey setup, testing, administration, and follow-up
  • Coordinate survey result reporting, engagement action planning support, and stakeholder communications
  • Maintain standard operating procedures and ensure consistency in data collection and reporting processes
  • Help troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with HR Solutions and IT for access and permissions
  • Contribute to workflow improvements and digital tool adoption across the Talent & Culture team
  • Collaborate with HR Communications and other teams on enterprise HR messaging and updates
  • Respond to ad hoc requests such as coaching session coordination, training support, or data analysis

What you bring to the table...

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, project coordination, or program support.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort working with data, timelines, and multiple stakeholders
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, survey platforms, and HR systems

It would be nice if you have...

  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working
  • Experience with LinkedIn Learning, Power BI, or 360 feedback tools
  • Exposure to HR reporting or systems support

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$66,700-$95,900

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
