Pay: $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do:

As a Soldering Technician, you'll be responsible for:



  • Reviewing Customer Specification Sheets (CSS) to ensure proper assembly
  • Performing soldering, crimping, electrical testing, pull-testing, and using stripping machines
  • Using hand and automated tools, including soldering irons and precision instruments
  • Packing completed products and preparing them for shipment
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Participating in cross-training and supporting team operations as needed



What We're Looking For:



  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with assembly work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with soldering tools and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
