We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our premier client in keeping their financial operations running smoothly while supporting vendors, internal teams, and the Accounting Department. Schedule: 8:00am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday Pay: $22/hr. Key Responsibilities: Process, track, and record invoices and payments Code and enter A/P items into the accounting system with accuracy Prepare checks and ACH transactions for review and distribution Maintain vendor files and resolve invoice, payment, or credit discrepancies Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding accounts and payments Ensure compliance with tax-exempt status and proper documentation Assist with monthly closings, reconciliations, and financial reporting Support training and process improvements within Accounts Payable Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business, or 5+ years of applicable experience Must have 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping Proficiency in Sage Intacct (or similar software) and Microsoft Excel Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently with analytical thinking and attention to detail Our benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, 401k plans, weekly pay, referral bonus potential, employee discount programs, unmatched professional development, and more!
