Hours & Pay

Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM | 2-2-3 rotating schedule with every other weekend required

Week 1: 36 hours | Week 2: 48 hours

Orientation: Begins Wednesdays, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (then shifts to 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Wed-Fri)

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Overtime: Mandatory as needed

Daily Responsibilities

• Package finished roll stock, record weights, and attach required documentation
• Safely operate a forklift and other motorized equipment to transport product to the warehouse
• Assist in the set-up, start-up, changeover, and shutdown of extrusion lines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Provide support to line operators to meet daily manufacturing needs

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a 12-hour shift
• General warehouse, machine operation, stacker, or forklift experience preferred
• Basic computer, math, and reading skills
• Ability to work at a fast pace with excellent attendance and reliability
• Prior plastics extrusion or forming experience is a plus, but not required
