Are you a quality-focused professional
looking for a stable weekend role with your weekdays free? Staffmark is hiring a Quality Technician for one of the largest foam manufacturing companies in the U.S.-right here in Mount Sterling, KY.

This is a hands-on position perfect for someone with previous QA experience who thrives on precision, data analysis, and continuous improvement.

Pay: Starting at $15.00/hr+ (based on experience)

Schedule: Friday - Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Weekends Only)

What You'll Be Doing:



  • Inspect and test products at various stages of the production process
  • Compile and evaluate statistical data to determine product quality and reliability
  • Select products for testing at designated stages, as specified by work order travelers
  • Record and analyze test data; identify and report deviations from standards
  • Write quality reports and recommend modifications to existing quality or production standards
  • Perform daily quality tasks such as calibration, certifications, material segregation, and other QA-related responsibilities



What We're Looking For:



  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Technician (not an entry-level role)
  • Familiarity with precision inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
  • Strong attention to detail with solid documentation and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
