Advantage Technical is seeking a Quality Engineer for an exciting opportunity with a well-established technology solutions company known for its innovation and industry expertise. This temp-to-perm role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on problem-solving, continuous improvement, and ensuring products meet the highest standards.

Hours & Pay

Pay Range: $90,000-$105,000 annually or $45-$50/hour contract

Schedule: Full-time | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

Daily Responsibilities



  • Serve as Quality System Manager for the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
  • Plan and manage yearly ISO 9001:2015 internal audits and support the internal auditor team
  • Review design and development projects for compliance with company and industry standards
  • Develop and execute quality control plans, inspection processes, and test procedures
  • Analyze data using SPC and provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Manage the Material Review Board (MRB) and corrective action processes
  • Communicate quality concerns and nonconformances with suppliers/vendors
  • Support lab audits, weekly quality meetings, and shipping forecast reviews
  • Prepare and present reports on quality assurance activities
  • Troubleshoot and solve issues discovered during TEMPEST QA Audit testing

What We're Looking For



  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of 8-10 years of related experience)
  • ISO 9001-200 Lead Auditor Certification required
  • Strong background in quality engineering, process improvement, and data analysis
  • Knowledge of government and industry quality assurance codes/standards
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
