Machine Operator

Staffmark is hiring a Machine Operator to join a leading manufacturing team in Merkel, TX. If you're mechanically inclined, reliable, and looking to grow in a hands-on role with consistent overnight hours-this could be the perfect fit!

Shift: Monday - Thursday | 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Pay: $16.50/hour

Operate and maintain sheet metal machinery to ensure accurate, high-quality production. You'll perform routine inspections, troubleshoot minor issues, and keep the workspace safe and clean. Collaborating with warehouse and packaging teams is key to maintaining efficient workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery
• Inspect products and make minor machine adjustments
• Follow technical drawings and specifications
• Work closely with warehouse/packaging staff to support production
• Maintain clean and organized work areas according to safety standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of experience in machine operation or warehouse setting
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift
• Able to interpret technical documents and specifications
