In this role, you'll play an essential part in the pickling process, ensuring brine solutions are prepared, monitored, and maintained to the highest food safety and quality standards.

Hours & Pay

Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Employment Type: Long-term temporary with career growth potential

What You'll Do Each Day

• Prepare and mix brine solutions following recipes and production schedules
• Monitor tank levels, salinity, temperatures, and other quality measures
• Load and unload products into and out of brine tanks
• Collect and test samples, making adjustments as needed
• Record batch data, measurements, and adjustments accurately
• Maintain clean and sanitary tanks and work areas
• Inspect tanks, pumps, valves, and equipment; report issues promptly
• Follow all food safety and company safety protocols

What We're Looking For

• Prior warehouse and machine operating experience required
• Food production or manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and safety procedures
• Basic math skills for measurements and adjustments
• Must be detail-oriented, safety-minded, and quality-focused
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs in wet/humid conditions
