Do you enjoy working with your hands and being part of a hardworking, high-energy team? Staffmark is hiring a Window Assembler for a leading manufacturer in Sauk Rapids, MN. If you have experience in shipping, receiving, or general warehouse work-and you're ready to grow your skills in a stable, safety-first environment-this could be the perfect fit.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What You'll Be Doing:



  • Construct custom wooden crates to prepare windows for shipment
  • Load and unload trailers while following safety guidelines
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S standards
  • Assist with general warehouse and assembly duties as assigned
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and uphold company values



What You Bring:



  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs alone or 150 lbs with assistance
  • Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
  • Forklift and overhead crane experience (or willingness to become certified)
  • Comfortable using basic hand tools and measuring equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude
  • Carpentry or assembly experience is a bonus!
