Job Summary

The Sr. TA Analyst develops dashboards and complex reports that allow for continuous monitoring of talent acquisition key performance indicators (KPI), processes and workflows, ensuring compliance and high performance across all points of recruitment. The Sr. TA Analyst will establish and promote a culture of storytelling with data and crafting narratives that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Success Factors modules, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and scalable technology solutions.

Responsibilities

* Create, maintain, and deliver dashboards, reports, and presentations for KPIs, hiring metrics, and TA performance insights using Excel, Tableau, or similar tools

* Analyze Talent Acquisition data to identify trends, forecast future needs, and support recruiting strategies

* Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests to support the TA team and leadership with timely, data-driven insights

* Analyze trends and recommend actionable improvements to recruitment strategies

* Collaborate with TA and HRIS teams to implement automation, reduce manual work, and improve overall efficiency.

* Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization to enhance user experience and TA operations.

* Project manage key initiatives and improvements within the talent acquisition space, leveraging established best practices.

* Manage user accounts, permissions, and settings across all TA platforms, ensuring compliance with company policies

* Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and work with support team to resolve escalated concerns

* Train hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders on system features, workflows, and best practices

* Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for system users

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

* Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and creating dashboards using tools like Tableau or Excel

* Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Reporting and Analytics tools.

* Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables), Tableau, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations

* Knowledge of compliance requirements and data privacy regulations in talent acquisition and HR systems

* Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively presenting complex data to non-technical audiences of all levels, including executives

* Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

* Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $77,112.00-$126,684.00/ year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
