Job Duties: Associate, Operational Risk with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Salt Lake City, Utah. Create and implement risk analytics, leveraging Python, Alteryx, and Structured query language (SQL). Leverage additional advanced analytical capabilities, including developing machine learning and artificial intelligence models, to generate insight on issue data. Design and maintain data repositories that collect, compile, and organize issue data. Create models to review and analyze issue data to identify trends and potential risks to the Firm. Utilize scrum and agile project management techniques to efficiently manage enhancement projects related to the newly established Enterprise Issue Risk platform used Firmwide. Create dashboards and user interfaces to provide actionable insight on issue data and metrics. Develop risk and control assessment capabilities and operationalize processes to support them throughout the Firm.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include two (2) years with: designing and maintaining data repositories; creating dashboards and user interfaces to provide business insights/intelligence; Alteryx; Structured Query Language (SQL); and project management tools including JIRA and Confluence.
