Job Duties: Associate, Risk Governance with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Dallas, Texas. Liaise with senior Risk division stakeholders to help drive the development of department wide programs and processes in support of strategic risk management framework and governance uplifts. Support the execution of key risk management programs for the Risk Division across a variety of areas including the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Issue Management, and New Activity Management. Design and report on aspects of the Risk division's governance framework via the development of templates, standards, guidelines, and key performance indicators to senior management, governance committees and the Goldman Sachs Board. Contribute to the management and coordination of the division's key governing documents and policy stacks. Coordinate and direct the execution of the Risk Division's materials and presentations to the Goldman Sachs Board.

Job Requirements: Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a related role or Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include one (1) year of experience with Master's degree OR three (3) years of experience with Bachelor's degree with: risk frameworks including Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs); data visualization tools including Tableau; data analytics tools including Alteryx; project management tools including JIRA and Confluence; advanced Microsoft Excel including utilizing macros; structured query language (SQL); and python.
