Position Title: Production Operator
Wage: $18.50/hour Shift: 3rd Hours: 9pm-5:30am Monday-Friday QPS Employment Group is hiring a Production Operator for a company in Marshfield, MO. This is an associate to hire opportunity. Production Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Ensure all products are manufactured in keeping with GMPs - Ensure all products are boxed in clean packaging and that production areas are clean and sanitary according to daily cleaning schedule - Ensure that all production batch logs are properly filled out - Ensure all products are stored in a way that use FIFO - Ensure that warehouse adheres to all GMPs; sensitizers/allergens should be stored at the bottom, all packages should be tightly sealed, and package should be covered - Forklift operations - Preventative maintenance and temperature logs need to be maintained - Participate in all cleaning activities throughout the day Production Operator Requirements: - High school diploma or GED - Must wear steel/composite toe shoes/boots; plant dedicated shoes must be left on site daily - Adhere to dress code - Must be able to pass a respirator fit test once hired and a physical - Must be able to comfortably lift up to 50 pounds consistently, as well as stand, twist, bend, and stoop for 8-hour shifts QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
