Position Title: Sr. Maintenance Technician
Salary: $56,160.00-$76,960.00/year Shift: 1st, 2nd Hours: 5am-1pm, 12:30pm-8:30pm QPS Employment Group is hiring a Sr. Maintenance Technician for a company in Saint Francis. WI. This company manufactures a comprehensive line of ingredients and finished products for the food and beverage industry in the U.S. and abroad. Don't miss out on this direct hire opportunity. Sr. Maintenance Technician Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Perform preventive maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment - Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems - Program and maintain PLC systems and HMI interfaces - Troubleshoot and repair robotic systems and end-of-arm tooling - Maintain and calibrate sensors, motors, and control systems - Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance - Assist in training personnel to operate, maintain, and the setup of production machinery and equipment - Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate repair records (CMMS) - Respond to emergency breakdown situations Sr. Maintenance Technician Requirements: - Associate degree or a journeyman status in Electronic Technology - Automation, Electromechanical Maintenance Technology, Industrial Machine Repair, or related technical field - 3+ years of experience maintaining automated manufacturing equipment - Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMI systems, and industrial controls - Experience with robotic systems and programming - Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
