Location: 4025 Flat Shoals Parkway, Decatur, GA 30034 Grady Health System is hiring a Charge Pharmacist to lead retail pharmacy operations at our newest and largest neighborhood health center-Flat Shoals Clinic-opening in Decatur, GA. This is an exciting opportunity to help launch a new outpatient pharmacy site while contributing to Grady's mission of expanding access to high-quality, community-based care. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, retail pharmacy operations expertise, and a commitment to compliance, safety, and exceptional patient service. About Flat Shoals ClinicLocated at 4025 Flat Shoals Parkway, this new state-of-the-art facility will provide primary, preventative, and specialty care in a community-based setting. Designed with patient access in mind, the clinic includes 13 exam rooms and imaging capabilities, and is positioned near MARTA routes to ensure convenience for residents in South DeKalb County. Job SummaryAs the Charge Pharmacist, you will oversee daily operations of the outpatient retail pharmacy at the Flat Shoals Clinic, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all laws, regulations, and Grady Health System policies. This role requires a hands-on pharmacy leader who can supervise pharmacy technicians, support regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence.
