Salary Range: $15.00 - $18.00 Corporate Administrative Assistant LOCATION: Marion Corporate Office REPORTS TO: Clayton Spurlock / Credit Manager STATUS: Non-Exempt PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS 1. Report to work at prescribed times. 2. Come to work neat and clean and in company uniforms as much as possible to project a good company image. 3. Be safety conscious always and report any unsafe operations or equipment to Supervisor. 4. Cooperate with Supervisor, co-workers, patrons and peers. 5. Be friendly and show concern for patron needs. 6. Strive to keep company equipment in high state of repair and cleanliness. 7. Have a working knowledge of all products and services offered by company. 8. Notify Supervisor of all time off (i.e. personal days, sick days, vacation, etc.) at earliest possible time. 9. Perform all other duties as assigned. Other duties may be assigned. REQUIREMENTS Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record. Must be able to work extended hours as business conditions warrant. Must be able to travel independently.
