What you will do The Associate Customer Performance Specialist will provide essential administrative, technical and coordination support to Engineering Services and the Project Management Cell. This role will ensure structured documentation, CMMS optimization, project tracking and cross-functional coordination to support both Facility Management operations and ongoing capital projects. How you will do it Project Support & Coordination Provide administrative and technical support for engineering and capital projects including deferred commissioning, infrastructure upgrades and optimization works. Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports and performance metrics. Coordinate between Facility Management, Engineering and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Support logistics, site access planning and documentation for contractor onboarding and safety compliance. Ensure adherence to site-specific safety protocols, EHS policies and medical surveillance procedures. CMMS & Documentation Control Lead CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) development and implementation. Ensure data accuracy, work order tracking and system optimization. Maintain documentation for warranty claims, SOPs, PM schedules and compliance records. Financial & Contract Oversight Provide comprehensive financial oversight for engineering and project-related contracts. Manage budget tracking, expenditure forecasting and reconciliation of project costs. Oversee purchase requisitions, vendor invoices and payment approvals to ensure compliance with contractual terms and company policy. Maintain financial records and prepare periodic reports summarizing spending against approved budgets for management review. Collaborate with project managers and Facility Management leadership to ensure cost efficiency, budget adherence and timely resolution of financial discrepancies. Process Improvement & Reporting Develop and maintain project metrics, dashboards and analytical reports. Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline project and administrative workflows. Utilize collaboration tools (SharePoint, Fieldwire etc.) for task tracking, reporting and communication What we look for Qualifications 10+ years of progressive experience in project coordination, administrative support or facility/engineering services. Hands-on experience with CMMS platforms (WebTMA), documentation control and vendor coordination. Strong analytical, reporting and organizational skills; proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams. Familiarity with project collaboration tools (e.g. SharePoint, Fieldwire) and PDF markup tools (e.g. Bluebeam, Nitro, Adobe Pro). Minimum High school diploma or equivalent required, additional coursework or certifications in business administration, project coordination or engineering support preferred. Competencies Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Collaborative team player with cross functional coordination skills. Proactive problem-solving and initiative driven approach.
