Description

Purpose:

The Marketing & Digital Design Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of marketing initiatives with a strong focus on digital channels and visual communications. This role supports website and email content management, coordinates incoming marketing requests (donations, sponsorships, logos), and provides foundational graphic design support across departments.

Essential Functions:




  • Maintain and update website content using CMS (e.g., Banno/Jack Henry).
  • Assist with email campaign setup, content creation, and distribution.
  • Coordinate timely publishing and updating of intranet announcements and internal communications.
  • Create and edit graphics using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for web, email, print, and social media.
  • Ensure brand consistency across internal and external materials.
  • Manage intake and fulfillment of marketing-related requests (donation/sponsorship applications, branded materials, logo files, etc.).
  • Track and manage promotional material inventory and orders.
  • Serve as a liaison for community sponsorship needs and ensure fulfillment of deliverables (e.g., banners, signage, event materials).
  • Respond to logo and artwork requests from branches or vendors.
  • Support new customer onboarding and cross-sell campaigns through digital channels.
  • Assist with the execution of special marketing projects, product promotions, and community initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional needs with departments such as Retail, HR, Compliance, and Investment Services.
  • Compile and present data to evaluate campaign performance when needed.

Qualifications

Education



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred and/or equivalent experience required.


Qualifications



  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, digital communications, or graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator).
  • Familiarity with website CMS platforms and email marketing tools.
  • Strong written communication skills with an ability to translate complex ideas into clear, concise content.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
