Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.


Responsibilities for this Position
General Dynamics Mission Systems has an immediate opening for a Deep Learning Analytics Admin & Program Support. The position provides an opportunity to enhance the performance and profitability of an organization that supports some of our nation's most critical defense activities and programs. General Dynamics Mission Systems employees work closely with esteemed customers to develop solutions that help enable them to carry out high-stakes national security missions.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND TASKS:
  • Self-starter who can work independently, with or without established procedures.
  • Assist in any planning, coordination, purchasing, or organization for the department
  • Prepares expense reports for travel or other reimbursements to ensure timely filing
  • Assist in managing operations such as the recruitment, proposal, and people management processes
  • Acts as a subject-matter expert on business-related tools such as time-reporting, training, or expense reporting systems by finding resolutions to inquiries from the department
  • Liaison for administrative tasks with other functions such as Facilities, Security, IT, and HR
  • Responsible for financial and administrative responsibilities, including facilities, logistics, budgeting, reporting, and coordination.
  • Assists in establishing budgets, monitoring performance, status reporting, documentation, and pricing for proposals, with an emphasis on administration, planning, and tracking
  • Help with brand management
  • Prepares, develops, and updates charts, graphics, and documents for presentations
  • Contributes to the completion of departmental and/or program projects and goals
  • Collaborates to improve current processes and procedures within the department


Target salary range: USD $98,418.00/Yr. - USD $106,491.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
