Financial Analyst III - Duke Primary Care Financal Office Location: Hyrbid - remote offered with limited travel required. Department Profile The Finance Office is a collaborative, high-impact team within Duke Primary Care that provides comprehensive financial management and analysis across all service lines, including pediatrics, adults, and urgent care. The department oversees budgets, expense tracking, and P&L reporting for multiple practices, ensuring financial accuracy and integrity. It works closely with leadership at all levels to deliver clear, data-driven insights, identify key business drivers, and support operational excellence. While serving the full spectrum of care, the team maintains a focused commitment to the adult service line, partnering with finance colleagues across the organization to advance Duke Primary Care's mission and strategic goals. What you will do: Financial Analyst responsible for leading the planning, development, and coordination of comprehensive financial analyses and reports, including but not limited to operational and capital budgets, financial statements, statistical reports, and cost analyses. Performs complex and specialized assignments within designated areas of expertise and takes a lead role in coordinating complex projects.
