Job Overview

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for aftermarket sales and customer success? Komatsu is seeking a dynamicRegional Parts Sales Manager (RPSM)to drive parts sales and support excellence across Chile and Latin America - a high-impact territory generating $100M-$300M+ in annual sales.

Key Job Responsibilities

What You'll Do



  • Lead Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement regional parts sales strategies, go-to-market plans, and customer support standards.
  • Drive Growth:Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to boost Komatsu wallet share and customer satisfaction.
  • Be the Connector:Act as the primary liaison between distributors, customers, and Komatsu factories and distribution centers.
  • Own the Numbers: Forecast, report, own,and analyze sales performance. Identify risks and propose solutions.
  • Champion Innovation:Roll out new product promotions and aftermarket solutions that solve customer problems and increase sales.

Qualifications/Requirements

What You Bring



  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, service, marketing, or technical leadership.
  • Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with surface mining products and aftermarket distribution strategies preferred.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SAP, and Salesforce.

Hiring Range

At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $112,000 - $140,000. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location.
